Delivery Policy:

• Customized graphic design orders will be delivered via email within 7-14 days of order and payment confirmation.
• Design orders will be given a reference number upon confirmation for follow-up and revisions.
• We offer a RUSH service where you can receive your first design samples within 24 hours. Contact NAS GRAPHIC.X Studio for details.
• All ordered design files will be delivered via email or a customized website as specified in the Order Confirmation Email. You will receive a follow-up email to inform you that your design order has been delivered to your email address on file. All policies regarding revisions and refunds are subject to the date and time the design order was delivered to you via email.

Revision Policy:

• We offer unlimited revisions at no additional charge, as long as the design and concept remain the same. The revision turnaround time is 48 hours.

Notification and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Violation:

• NAS GRAPHIC.X Studio and its affiliates respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your artwork is being used on our website in a way that violates your copyright, please provide the NAS GRAPHIC.X Studio, the copyright agent, with the following written information: An electronic or physical signature of someone authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
• A full description of the copyrighted work (including the location on the website and Id Number, if applicable).
